A message to our customers about COVID-19

As concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to grow in our community, we wanted to take a moment to share with you the efforts we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our staff and our customers. 

At present our focus is in on supporting our communities by continuing to shop local and support each other. We will continue to maintain our high level of service. 

We do not currently anticipate any delays in schedule installations or in home measurement appointments. Our installation and sales teams are taking extra precautions before entering our customers’ homes and have all been provided with hand sanitizer and will be wearing face masks.  

In addition to our free shop at home services via our website https://www.carpetone.com.au/bendigo/ we are happy to work with you over email, phone or via Facetime. 

Our showroom is open for business Monday – Friday 9am -5pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. As always, we will continue to provide customers with a clean, comfortable shopping environment. In combination with out diligent cleaning practices, we have increased the frequency of our store cleanings and we have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout our store for our staff and customers. We will all be wearing face masks and ask that you do the same to enter our store or while we have to enter your home. 

Of course, we asked than any in-store or installations staff members with a fever and/or flu like symptoms remain at home and get tested. 

We are proud to support our community and will continue to serve you in all your flooring needs as safely as possible.
